PROJECT OBJECTIVE

To create a Dollar Shave Club homepage focused on the on-demand shopping versus the past subscription based model. On-demand shopping means our customers can buy directly and fast.


THE SKETCHING STAGES

I wanted to start off with sketching wireframes. Especially for the mobile layout, I wanted to see how the page would behave and stack. This is very important for the flow of information and how the message gets across.

RESULTS

Positive results were made with this layout change from subscription focus to on-demand, below are a few statistics:

Click CVR (Products purchased): +3.29%

Bounce rate (Visitors leaving the site): -24%

Scroll depth: ~30% lift in users scrolling to 3/4 of page

PDP visits (Visitors click-through): +6.3%

Using Format
